About Us
Chriskim are a mother and daughter team Christine Barnsdale and daughter Kim Hayward-Barnsdale. I Christine,obtained my first two mini long bitches sired by Ch Rhinestars Dedication in 1980. Which started a twenty one year friendship with Sue Corn (Rhinestar) until her untimely death in 2001.
In the early eighties I used to show a couple of Rhinestars as well as my own bred dogs the Larchenwalds. Larchenwald was my first affix it wasn't untill my daughter joined me in 1990 that we became Chriskim. Since then we have been showing Chriskims. Showing is our hobby, we only keep a small number of dogs as they are our family pets as well as our show dogs. We breed the occasional litter, always from DNA tested show dogs.
